By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service.GENERALI reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
Commission prices, styles, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of payment will apply to your commission.PAYMENTAll payments are processed through Ko-fi, ArtistAlley or Paypal unless otherwise agreed.
Full payment is required before work begins.
Prices listed on my commission platform do not include any additional complexity fees unless otherwise specified.COMMISSION PROCESSOnce the artwork is completed, only minor corrections (such as small color adjustments or overlooked details) will be made free of charge.
Requests for significant design changes will be charged depending on the amount of work required.DELIVERYFinished artwork will be delivered digitally in high resolution through the platform where you originally placed your commission. If requested, it can also be sent via email.
The usual turnaround time is 1–2 weeks. Commissions are completed in the order they are received. You can check my Trello queue for progress before contacting me about your commission. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during periods of high demand.REFUND POLICYA full refund may be requested if I have not started working on the commission.
No refunds will be issued after the final artwork has been delivered.COPYRIGHT AND USAGEAs the ArtistI retain full copyright ownership of all commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, galleries, commission samples, and on social media unless confidentiality has been agreed upon beforehand.As the CommissionerYou may use :
The artwork for personal purposes.
Upload the artwork to your personal galleries or social media with proper credit.
Print the artwork for personal use.You may not :
Claim the artwork as your own.
Remove or alter my signature without permission.
Edit, trace, or heavily modify the artwork without my consent.
Sell, redistribute, mint, or tokenize the artwork as an NFT.
Use the artwork for AI training, image generation datasets, or machine learning purposes.
Use the artwork commercially unless commercial usage rights have been purchased separately.COMMUNICATIONPlease remain respectful throughout the commission process.
I will communicate any unexpected delays as soon as possible.
Excessive harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of the commission without refund if work has already begun.
